LAMBOO TECHNOLOGIES PLANS FOR GROWTH - AF HOLDING ADDS INTEREST IN SUSTAINABLE BUILDING PRODUCTS FIR

[Litchfield, April 18, 2016] Lamboo Technologies and AF Holding are pleased to announce the next phase of growth for Lamboo Technologies. Finalized in the third quarter, August of 2015, AF Holding Company purchased a controlling interest in Lamboo Technologies to offer a strategic partnership in this revolutionary construction material. In this new phase, Lamboo Technologies will continue to develop and market its high-performance-based engineered bamboo architectural applications with AF Holding providing management expertise, capital and administrative support to quickly market and fill the worldwide demand for Lamboo’s engineered bamboo. AF Holding’s Gary Harvey and Alex Ruggieri have joined the Lamboo team with Lamboo Founder Luke Schuette in place as chief operating officer. Harvey has been named president of Lamboo Technologies in addition to his role as AF Holding’s CFO. Harvey graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science in agricultural economics. He has been with AF Holding Company for 26 years. Harvey has had a broad range of experience from public accounting to manufacturing. He has dealt with subjects such as insurance, legal, treasury management, financing and IT. “AF Holding and myself personally are excited to work with the Lamboo team who have already established a premier brand and reputation,” said Harvey.

Alex Ruggieri has been named Lamboo vice president of business development. Ruggieri has been one of Central Illinois’ leading commercial realtors for 38+ years. He hosts a weekly radio show on WDWS Newstalk 1400 AM, is a business correspondent for WCIA Channel 3, is a contributing author to ILLINOIS REALTOR® magazine’s Commercial Corner real estate column, and has been published in UNITS, Commercial Investment Real Estate Magazine and various other print media.
